Carrot Productions is proud to be the world’s leading performers of The Snowman film with live orchestra, an accolade also attributed to Wallace & Gromit: In Concert.
With a passion to innovate across many art forms, we collaborate with artists to create exciting new shows for families, always placing the orchestra at the forefront of the experience.
In partnership with Aardman, we are delighted to now offer our award-winning show to orchestras and promoters worldwide, alongside some of the other content featured in our family shows.

Daniel Whibley
Musical Director, Composer and Arranger
Daniel Whibley is a professional double bass player, composer and arranger, working with many of the UK’s leading orchestras. In the 1990s, whilst living and working in Dublin, Daniel worked with film composers including Elmer Bernstein, Randy Newman and George Fenton.
Rachel Whibley
Managing Director
Alongside a successful career as a teacher and professional bassoonist, Rachel co-founded Carrot Productions in 2014. Subsequently, she has built the business to such an extent that Carrot Productions is now the world’s leading performers of both The Snowman and Wallace & Gromit with live orchestra, and is at the forefront of family orchestral entertainment.
George Morton
Conductor
George Morton is a conductor and arranger based in Sheffield. He is the Musical Director of the Sheffield Philharmonic Orchestra and regularly works with the Picture House Orchestra and Hallam Sinfonia. He has recently made his conducting debuts with the Orchestra of Opera North, the Babylon Orchester Berlin and Vaasa City Orchestra (Finland).
Our Orchestra
The Carrot Productions Orchestra is a professional orchestra comprising some of the country’s top musicians, drawn from orchestras including the Hallé, BBC Philharmonic, BBC Concert and LSO amongst others.

Our players have been chosen not only for their incredible musical skills but also for their fun, friendly nature; important when performing to a young audience who may have never seen or heard a live orchestra before.
