Covid Safety Policy
Our main priority is the health and wellbeing of our audience members, musicians and staff. We’re following government guidance on working safely to ensure we’re COVID-secure.
To keep everyone safe, we have implemented the following measures:
Reduced capacity. All seats are assigned by us according to the number of people in your party and date of booking (ie early bookers will be seated nearer the front), to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning regimes, including between performances
Clearly marked one-way system and staggered entry and exit points
Hand sanitiser stations
PPE for our staff and musicians
Performances last for one hour, with no interval
In return, we request that you:
Wear a face covering inside the venue (unless exempt)
Use our hand sanitiser stations when you enter and exit the venue.
Show your ticket on a mobile device if possible
Follow the one-way signs
Show patience and consideration to others when queuing and moving around the venue
Track and Trace
We are adhering to the governments ‘Track And Trace’ policy. If you display COVID-19 symptoms, you will be required to inform us straight away via email: email@example.com

If the performance you are attending is cancelled, you will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. We promise to make the refund within 7 working days.
We are happy to offer a risk-free ticket purchase, with the option to cancel your tickets for any reason up until 30 days before the performance (excluding Chester). After this date, we will offer refunds up until 1 week before the performance date if you or members of your household have Covid-19.
We request that you stay at home if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 (or have been in contact with someone with symptoms) in the 14 days before you are due to attend a performance. In this instance, your ticket can be transferred to someone else, as long as you notify us of the change and provide their name and contact details.

Terms and Conditions
For your protection and the comfort of all customers, Carrot Productions Limited reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances such as rowdy or violent behaviour.
For the consideration of other audience members, latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats.
No audio or visual recording equipment is allowed.
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder consents to being shown as members of the audience in official filming, photography and sound recording.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
All children must be accompanied by and remain under the care and control of a responsible adult at all times.
