Is The Snowman the only thing in the concert?

No. The Snowman film is shown in the second half of each concert.

Depending on the venue, the Snowman film will be accompanied by a wonderfully Christmassy Overture, an interactive guide to the orchestra and one of three exclusive animated films, all family-friendly and with accompanying live orchestra. You can see more about our additional features on the Snowman main page.

Which orchestra is playing?

The orchestra comprises some of the country’s finest musicians. All the musicians have been hand-picked, not only for their great talent, but also for their sense of fun. We have musicians from The Halle, BBC Philharmonic, BBC Symphony Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra amongst others.
