Wallace & Gromit: In Concert

In 2018, Carrot Productions partnered with Aardman Animations, gaining exclusive rights to tour with Wallace & Gromit: In Concert across the UK in May-August 2019.

Originally commissioned for the 2012 BBC Proms, it’s a toe-tapping trip into Bristol-based Aardman Animation’s back catalogue of Wallace and his faithful dog, Gromit. Carrot Productions has adapted it for audiences of all ages, featuring music new and old to accompany highlights and characters from the Wallace & Gromit Films.

Absolutely perfect in every way.

It hits all the right notes!

Gromit Model Making Workshops - Carrot P

Gromit Model Making Workshops

We've teamed up with Aardman and their expert model makers – the creators of Wallace & Gromit – to offer model-making workshops on our tours.

These are really fun, hands-on sessions where participants can get creative with clay and discover how to make their very own Gromit... you can take your masterpiece home and have a go at animating it using Aardman’s easy to use Animate It! software.

Be taught by the pros, hear great anecdotes about the studio,  and ask any questions you might have about Aardman and their production processes.

In May 2019 Wallace & Gromit: In Concert (previously entitled Musical Marvels) was premiered at the National Film and Television School, where Nick Park created his Academy Award® nominated graduation film, Wallace & Gromit: A Grand Day Out.

In a rare opportunity for fans, Nick and Julian Nott (also an alumnus of NFTS) took part in a Q&A session as part of the event.
