Soloist Auditions for The Snowman Tour
We are delighted to once again offer children the chance to sing the evocative Walking in the Air solo on The Snowman Tour.
This is a wonderful and unique opportunity for young musicians to sing alongside our professional orchestra in front of hundreds of people.
All children aged 7-17 (aged 7-14 for Buxton and Derby) are eligible to apply for performances at ten different venues on the 2026 tour. Priority will be given to children who live, or are at school in the area local to each venue.
We are specifically looking for singers with a pure sound, traditionally associated with this iconic song, rather than singers with more of a pop or musical theatre sound. Male applicants will need to not have gone through the voice change.
