Shaun the Sheep
Since his first appearance in Wallace & Gromit: A Close Shave, Shaun the Sheep has become a global superstar. He has a huge following on social media, with over 5 million Facebook fans and over 1.7 billion views on YouTube. Shaun has also appeared on the big screen, in two acclaimed feature films.
Following on from Wallace & Gromit in Concert, Carrot Productions and Aardman collaborated once again in 2021 with the launch of Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas for live performance, and in the creation of Shaun the Sheep in Concert.

Featuring our fantastic orchestra – fittingly renamed Mossy Bottom Philharmonic for the occasion – it’s a baa-rilliant romp through Shaun’s life and adventures.
Shaun is a sheep who doesn’t follow the flock. In fact, he leads them into all sorts of scrapes and scraps, turning peace in the valley into mayhem in the meadow! No surprises then, when things go awry at the concert too as Bitzer’s whistle suddenly goes missing.
It looks like one of the musicians might be the culprit! We’ll need your help to follow the clues, to discover who has committed the dastardly deed.

Model making workshops
We have teamed up with Aardman to offer model making workshops alongside many of our performances, where you can try your hand at making your very own Shaun. These provide the perfect opportunity to learn from the experts, and the fun doesn’t stop there....you can take your masterpiece home and have a go at animating it using Aardman’s easy-to-use Animate It! software.
You’ll also get a rare chance to ask questions about Aardman Studios from one of their expert model makers, learning the tricks of the trade about the animation processes involved in their award-winning films. These workshops provide a creative, fun and hands-on activity for all ages.
All materials are provided and you’ll be able to take your masterpiece home with you, along with an Aardman Model Maker certificate.
