Musical Beasts!
With musicians drawn from our acclaimed Snowman, Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep shows, we have created programmes of family-friendly music for smaller groups of musicians. Musical Beasts and More Musical Beasts are performed in public concerts and in schools and special schools.
These performances are interactive and highly engaging, offering a unique perspective and proximity to the music-making. After each performance there is a chance to meet the musicians and see the instruments up-close.
"I can’t praise this experience enough. This has been easily one of the best experiences for our SEN pupils that I have seen."
"The students were engaged from the start. They loved the costumes and they got an opportunity to use some of the instruments at the end."
"The music performances were excellent and our students were enthralled by them. The performers were empathetic to our students' needs."

Musical Beasts!
Begins with a semi-staged performance of Prokofiev's classic fairy tale, Peter and the Wolf, acted out by our wonderfully-costumed players in a specially abridged arrangement for wind quintet and piano.
Concludes with the animated film of David Litchfield’s award-winning book, The Bear and the Piano, narrated by Joanna Lumley, with magical, original music by Daniel Whibley performed live by our musicians.

More Musical Beasts!
Following on from our highly-acclaimed ‘Musical Beasts’, we’re back with a brand-new show and a professional dancer has come to join the fun.

A whistle-stop introduction to the instruments is followed by the transformative story of The Ugly Duckling. The windswept landscape of Connemara then beckons, as we meet Dillon, a donkey with a dream, in the animated film A Donkey’s Tale.
