What is Tempo? The Tempo Story
Tempo Time Credits is a registered charity. They build local and national networks of organisations, bringing people together in their local communities to carry out valued and important voluntary work.
Their volunteers earn Tempo Time Credits as part of a reward and recognition scheme for the invaluable work they do within their communities. These Credits can be exchanged for a range of services and activities provided by our local and national Recognition Partners through our corporate charity partnerships.
Who is Tempo for?
Tempo is for you! Tempo believe everyone has something they can contribute to their community. There are so many different ways to take part and give back, which means there really is something for everyone. Tempo offer volunteers the opportunity to take part in fun activities, develop new skills and meet new people, whilst earning Tempo Time Credits
Why Carrot Productions have partnered with Tempo
Tempo has offered us a unique opportunity to join their network of Recognition Partners. Their ethos matches well with our own. Rachel Whibley, Carrot's Managing Director, explains, "So much of the best aspects of our country come about through the hard work and dedication of volunteers – and we want to help reward that! In addition, we want to further enforce our pledge to make creative and cultural events as accessible as possible. Tempo does just that."
As their Head of Partnerships, Ruth Fay, says, "At Tempo, we believe in the magic of creativity to inspire, uplift, and connect—and now, we're making it more accessible than ever!"
Carrot Productions offer volunteers the opportunity to exchange their Tempo Time Credits for tickets for our shows.
Ruth continues, "From enchanting orchestral performances to immersive cultural events, this partnership brings not only joy but also significant mental health benefits to our communities."
