Frequently Asked Questions
Can the show be streamed to multiple classes simultaneously?
Yes. You can stream the show using the link and password provided, and this will work at any time and on any number of machines. The Snowman film will be sent by DVD and is not streamable.
How long can I access the show and resources?
You will get access for at least two months.
What happens if students are at home ill on the day we choose to play the show?
You can share access to the online resources with students by sending them the link to those pages. To grant access to the show, simply share the link and password with the student so that they can watch it at home.
Can I book as many Show and Tell sessions as I want?
Absolutely, although we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible who you would like to deliver the sessions (musician, conductor, animator etc), and your preferable dates and times.
